Dear Reader,

As we enter this new year of the tiger, symbolizing strength, bravery and wisdom, it brings a flow of new openings and possibilities.

We also invite you to a special gastronomic tour of the hidden wine cellars of the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo, thanks to our exclusive interviews with two of the most renown sommeliers of the Principality of Monaco.
