Thomas Gréaux and Thierry Gréaux, President and Executive Director, respectively, of the Saint Barthélemy Multi-professional Economic Chamber (CEM), paid a working visit to the Principality from 24 to 28 April.
The CEM was keen to visit the country to meet local economic stakeholders from the tourism, transport and environment sectors.
The delegation met representatives from the Tourist and Convention Authority, the Department of Forward Studies, Urban Planning and Mobility, the Department of the Environment and the Business Development Agency. The visit programme also included visits to key businesses in the Principality and a presentation about the Monaco Economic Board (MEB).
The various discussions provided an opportunity to learn about the Principality’s unique socio-economic features, to consider the similarities between the two states and to identify measures which could be applied in Saint Barthélemy.
