On Friday 16 June, Ms Céline Caron-Dagioni, Minister of Public Works, the Environment and Urban Development, and Mr Jean Castellini, Minister of Finance and Economy, in the presence of Ms Brigitte Boccone-Pagès, President of the National Council, and several elected officials, visited the Honoria and Tour Réséda state-owned residential buildings.
Honoria, located on Boulevard de Belgique, is composed of 84 apartments and a crèche that will be managed by Monaco City Hall. Delivery of the new building is scheduled for this month and tenants will be able to move in starting in summer 2023.
The decision was taken to add five additional storeys to the Tour Réséda on Boulevard d’Italie (Testimonio II project), which will be composed of a total of 197 apartments. The new apartments are scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2024.
Those who attended the visit admired the quality of the apartments and welcomed the upcoming visits of Monégasque beneficiaries. The two projects ensure excellent housing for tenants and are major achievements in the framework of important efforts undertaken for several years by the Prince’s Government in the area of housing for Monegasques, as advocated by H.S.H. the Sovereign Prince.
