Maja Kerin – Exhibition of an award-winning photographer

An emotion-filled exhibition by the award-winning photographer Maja Kerin at Espace 22.

Offering more than 700 events a year, the Principality of Monaco has always maintained a unique relationship with the artistic universe, mixing a great diversity of cultures and inspirations and welcoming a multitude of young creators and contemporary artists.

Living in Monaco magazine sponsored a group exhibition organised by Espace 22, featuring three amazing women artists; the fine art photographer Maja Kerin Cosignani, artist Maria Mikileva and painter Liudmila Sun.

Monaco-based and award-winning photographer Maja Kerin is known for her unique “painting photography” style, creating emotion-filled contemporary artworks. Maja’s photography explores the human essence and its relationship with the world around us.

As the world is multidimensional and everything is energy, her multi-exposure images explore relationships with the physical and spiritual layers of the world.

As colour can affect the fundamental sense of self and is considered to be a healing tool, my goal with my colourful photography is to take the viewer on a journey of well-being and inner peace,” – says Maja.

Culture and art are essential, and we need to safeguard them for future generations as well. Our respect goes out to the team at Espace 22, who are working exactly with these intentions in their hearts and minds.

“Our philosophy at Living in Monaco magazine is that a country cannot afford to be materially rich and spiritually poor, as the two are connected and dependent on each other,” – says Zsolt Szemerszky, the founder of Living in Monaco magazine.

Espace 22 is situated in the very dynamic boulevard d’Italie. It offers a great platform for any young contemporary artist to compete for a limited time for a temporary exhibition.
