Notorious Hells Angels Figure Necati Arabaci in Monaco
Necati Arabaci “Neco”, a prominent Turkish-German figure associated with the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club, was recently spotted in Monaco, drawing public attention.

Arabaci’s criminal record includes a 2002 arrest in Germany on charges such as pimping, human trafficking, assault, extortion, weapons violations, and racketeering. He confessed in 2004 and received a nine-year prison sentence. During his incarceration, authorities uncovered a plot he orchestrated to assassinate a prosecutor, leading to additional legal proceedings. However, due to mistranslations in transcripts, he was acquitted of those charges.
In 2010, Arabaci reportedly participated in a meeting of international Hells Angels leaders in Izmir, Turkey, where he was appointed president of the “Hells Angels MC Nomads Turkey.” By 2013, following the arrest of former European leader Frank Hanebuth, Arabaci was considered a potential new leader for the European Hells Angels. In 2015, Spanish authorities issued a European Union-wide arrest warrant for Arabaci, accusing him of involvement in a criminal organization, extortion, drug trafficking, and managing brothels in Spain. Despite these allegations, Turkey’s policy of not extraditing its citizens has allowed him to avoid arrest.
Arabaci’s recent appearance in Monaco has raised eyebrows, given his extensive criminal background and the international attention he has garnered over the years.
