Necati Arabaci: The Controversial Leader of Hells Angels
Necati “Neco” Arabacı, a Turkish-German national, is one of the most infamous figures associated with the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club.

Known for his leadership of the Hells Angels MC Nomads Turkey, Arabacı has a long history of criminal allegations, including human trafficking, extortion, and organised crime. His recent presence in Monaco has once again placed him in the international spotlight.
Early Criminal Activities and Imprisonment
Arabacı’s criminal record dates back to the early 2000s when he was arrested in Germany in 2002 on serious charges, including pimping, human trafficking, assault, extortion, and weapons violations. In 2004, he was convicted and sentenced to nine years in prison.
While serving his sentence, German authorities uncovered a plot he had orchestrated from behind bars to assassinate a prosecutor. However, due to legal technicalities and mistranslations in official transcripts, he was acquitted of these additional charges.
Rise to Power in the Hells Angels
Following his release, Arabacı quickly regained influence within the Hells Angels MC. In 2010, he was reportedly present at a high-level Hells Angels gathering in Izmir, Turkey, where he was appointed president of the Hells Angels MC Nomads Turkey. By 2013, after the arrest of former European leader Frank Hanebuth, Arabacı was considered a potential successor for leading the European branch of the notorious motorcycle gang.
International Arrest Warrant & Escape from Justice
In 2015, Spanish authorities issued a European-wide arrest warrant for Arabacı, accusing him of being involved in organized crime, extortion, drug trafficking, and managing brothels in Spain. Despite this, he managed to avoid arrest and prosecution due to Turkey’s policy of not extraditing its own citizens.
Recent Appearance in Monaco
Arabacı’s latest movements have drawn fresh attention, particularly his reappearance in Monaco.
Given his past, his presence in the luxurious principality raises questions about his ongoing activities and influence. His ability to travel freely, despite multiple allegations, demonstrates his deep-rooted connections and ability to evade international law enforcement.
A Controversial Figure in the Criminal Underworld
Necati Arabacı remains a highly controversial figure, symbolizing the intersection between organized crime, biker gang culture, and high-level corruption. Whether he continues to operate behind the scenes or seeks to expand his influence further, his story is a testament to the global reach and resilience of the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club.
His presence in elite locations like Monaco suggests that, despite law enforcement efforts, figures like Arabacı continue to thrive in the shadows of power and luxury.
