A Reimagined Terrace and Innovative Mixology

The spectacular terrace at COYA Monte-Carlo offers a unique gastronomic experience with panoramic views of the Mediterranean. COYA’s renowned Pisco Bar will feature an exclusive selection of Pisco-based cocktails, including the Pisco Macerado 1615, created in collaboration with the prestigious Peruvian distillery 1615.

This unique infusion blends Pisco with the exotic flavors of passion fruit, adding a bold and refreshing twist to the traditional Pisco Sour, a first of its kind, revolutionizing Peruvian mixology. Cocktail enthusiasts can also discover original infusions and innovative creations, offering a unique experience for both connoisseurs and newcomers.
