Passion Dessert Title for Blue Bay Marcel Ravin

Chef Marcel Ravin received the 2025 Passion Dessert Title at the Michelin Guide France 2025 Ceremony, held on Monday, March 31, in Metz. With these distinction, Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer strengthens its status as the most Michelin-starred resort in Europe, now boasting 10 stars.

At Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort, a special mention goes to Blue Bay, Chef Marcel Ravin and Pastry Chef Floriane Grand, who received the 2025 Passion Dessert Title.

Since 2019, the Michelin Guide has honored pastry chefs who play a significant role in enhancing the gastronomic experience. The Passion Dessert title celebrates these master artisans, who push the boundaries of creative and sustainable pastry-making.

Pastry Chef Floriane Grand has worked alongside Chef Marcel Ravin for six years, crafting desserts that seamlessly extend the restaurant’s culinary identity. Inspired by herbs, gardens, and seasonal ingredients, she creates light, delicately sweet desserts that maintain a perfect balance of indulgence and refinement.
