The Most Michelin-Starred Resort in Europe
Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer shined in the world of gastronomy at the Michelin Guide France 2025 Ceremony, held on Monday, March 31, in Metz.
Just eight months after its opening in July 2024, L’Abysse Monte-Carlo, a true temple of the art of sushi at the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo, was awarded two Michelin stars.
Elsa, the gastronomic restaurant at Monte-Carlo Beach, received one Michelin star, a year after Chef Marcel Ravin and Chef Domenico D’Antonio took over the restaurant.
Meanwhile, at the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort, Blue Bay Marcel Ravin received the 2025 Passion Dessert Title. With these distinctions, Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer strengthens its status as the most Michelin-starred resort in Europe, now boasting 10 stars.

“This shower of Michelin stars for L’Abysse Monte-Carlo and Elsa, combined with the special Passion Dessert award for Blue Bay, fills me with joy and pride. With 10 stars, our shared dream has become reality. Thanks to the incredible talent of our chefs and their exceptional teams, Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer continues to be the ultimate destination for art de vivre and gastronomy in Europe.” – Stéphane Valeri, President of Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer
