Monaco Museum of Prehistoric Anthropology

  • Workshop: “The Voyage of the Ibex”. Dive into the fascinating history of the ibex. In this workshop, the ibex will explain to the children how it has evolved and interacted with other animals over time. Together with an archaeologist, the children will also explore the history of humankind through time, discovering everyday items and artefacts such as hunting weapons, tools and animal remains
    At the end of the workshop, the children will have the chance to take part in an Easter egg hunt in the museum gardens

  • Workshop: “Creating an Imaginary Tale”. During this creative workshop, participants will be able to create their own story by following simple steps and clear explanations. The children will also have the chance to take part in a workshop led by an archaeologist, who will talk to them about their work on archaeological sites and in laboratories. The children will learn how to identify, study and preserve items that are found to improve our understanding of history
    At the end of the workshop, the children will have the chance to take part in an Easter egg hunt in the museum gardens

  • Customisation / Do it yourself ! – Course with Laurie Camous. Throughout the week, participants will have a chance to explore their creativity by personalising items such as badges, magnets, stickers and tote bags
