Scorpions concert in Monaco

Few bands have left as lasting an impact on the global rock scene as the Scorpions, Germany’s most famous and influential rock export.

With a career spanning over five decades, the Scorpions have become synonymous with arena rock anthems, power ballads, and electrifying live performances. Since 2006, the Monte-Carlo Summer Festival has brought together the greatest names in the history of music, which have built the international reputation of Salle des Etoiles.

On 26 July, Scorpions, the gentlemen of German hard rock with phenomenal success, selling over 100 million albums will play in Monaco.

The Legacy of Germany’s Greatest Rock Band

Formed in 1965 by guitarist Rudolf Schenker, the band found its classic line-up in the 1970s when Klaus Meine (vocals) and Matthias Jabs (lead guitar) joined the fold.
