MCBC III, a new strategic hub for Monaco-based businesses

On Thursday, May 15, around fifty professionals gathered for the official unveiling of MCBC III, the newest business center from Monte-Carlo Business Center, located at Le Luciana on Port Hercule.

Just steps from the Yacht Club de Monaco, overlooking the Formula 1 Grand Prix circuit and adjacent to the Monaco Yacht Show, MCBC III enjoys a truly exceptional location at the heart of the Principality’s business ecosystem. Spanning 250 square meters over two floors, the new center offers private offices, open-plan workspaces, and a fully equipped meeting room, all designed to meet the needs of modern entrepreneurs.

Set against a refined and welcoming backdrop inspired by the sea and yachting world, guests were welcomed into a space that evokes the feeling of stepping aboard a yacht.

Throughout the evening, they had the opportunity to tour the premises, meet the team, and engage in informal networking, all while enjoying a cocktail reception catered by Dean & Deluca Monte-Carlo, the newly opened New York–born concept now located at the Metropole Shopping Monte-Carlo.

The event brought together many key players from Monaco’s economic landscape, including professionals from the yachting, banking, real estate, and concierge sectors. Also in attendance was the board of YPY Monaco, Young Professionals in Yachting, a partner of MCBC for whom this new port-side location represents a natural and strategic anchor point.
