An Elegant Evening at The Niwaki

An Elegant Evening at The Niwaki

On the evening of March 26, Living in Monaco hosted its latest Monaco Residents’ Meeting at the refined and intimate setting of Niwaki Restaurant in Larvotto.

Known for its understated elegance and warm ambiance, Niwaki provided the perfect backdrop for an evening dedicated to connection, conversation, and community. The space, thoughtfully designed with a contemporary Japanese aesthetic, created a calm yet sophisticated atmosphere, ideal for bringing together Monaco’s diverse and dynamic residents.

Guests were welcomed into a cozy and elegant environment, where the focus was on meaningful interactions rather than formality. The concept of the evening remained true to the spirit of the Monaco Residents’ Meetings: a curated yet relaxed gathering where individuals can meet, exchange ideas, and build lasting relationships.

"Monaco is not just a place, it is a community. Evenings like this remind us how important it is to connect, share, and build meaningful relationships in an increasingly fast-paced world." - says Zsolt Szemerszky, Founder of the Living in Monaco Magazine.

Throughout the evening, attendees enjoyed a selection of Japanese-inspired finger foods, beautifully presented and crafted to complement the refined setting. The light, flavourful bites encouraged a fluid and social experience, allowing guests to move freely, engage naturally, and fully immerse themselves in the evening.

The event attracted a vibrant mix of entrepreneurs, creatives, business leaders, and long-term residents, all united by a shared connection to the Principality. The meet-and-greet format once again proved to be a successful formula, fostering authentic conversations and new introductions in an organic and welcoming way.

"More than just a social gathering, the Monaco Residents’ Meeting continues to serve as a platform for community building, reflecting the unique spirit of Monaco, where international influence meets a close-knit, local identity." - says Gaia Bertelli, Editor of the Living in Monaco Magazine.

As the evening came to a close, one thing remained clear: in a place as fast-paced and globally connected as Monaco, moments of genuine human connection are not only appreciated, but essential.

Living in Monaco looks forward to welcoming its community again at the next Monaco Residents’ Meeting.
