Nour Malas is creating chocolate with a Monaco soul. For her, chocolate is not simply a delicacy. It is an emotion, a memory and a refined form of personal expression.
Born in Beirut, shaped by eight years in Geneva and now a long-term resident of the Principality, Nour brings together three distinct influences through Anour Chocolat Monaco: the emotional richness of Lebanon, the celebrated chocolate tradition of Switzerland and the discreet sophistication of Monaco.
Her journey into the world of luxury chocolate began in Geneva, where she discovered that chocolate could be far more than a sweet indulgence. She became fascinated by its craftsmanship, rituals and almost limitless creative possibilities. After moving to Monaco with her family, she encountered another interpretation of luxury, one defined by precision, restraint and elegance rather than excess.
From these influences, Anour Chocolat was born.

The name itself reflects the philosophy behind the brand. “Nour” means light in Arabic, and light appears throughout the Anour identity: in its subtle gold details, its sense of luminous joy and its ambition to create moments that remain in the memory long after the chocolate has disappeared.
Developing the first collection took almost three years. Nour approached every element with the same level of care, from the balance of flavours and textures to the minimalist black, white and gold packaging. The result is not intended for mass production.
Her Lebanese heritage also finds expression in her creations. A hazelnut praliné enriched with cardamom draws inspiration from the spice’s important place within Lebanese coffee culture. For Nour, successful flavour is always a question of balance: sweetness, texture, roundness and an unexpected element capable of awakening curiosity.
The exceptional quality and elegance of Anour Chocolat have also earned international recognition beyond Monaco. In July 2026, her creations were selected to be showcased during the 75th Anniversary of Diplomatic Relations Between the Principality of Monaco and the Federal Republic of Germany, held in Berlin. Celebrated in the presence of 300 distinguished guests, including diplomats, business leaders and prominent figures from both countries, Anour Chocolat represented Monaco’s artisanal excellence on one of the year’s most prestigious diplomatic occasions, demonstrating how craftsmanship and gastronomy can become powerful ambassadors for the Principality.

Anour Chocolat is also gradually evolving beyond traditional confectionery. Through carefully selected collaborations and lifestyle creations, Nour is building a wider universe around the brand, one rooted in beauty, craftsmanship and what she describes as “enlightened joy”.
For Nour Malas, chocolate is not merely something to consume. It is something to feel.
