S.A.R.L. Niche Media wishes to clarify that Mr. Emilio Canteli is not associated with Living in Monaco magazine, MONEGU Magazine, UHNW Magazine, or S.A.R.L. Niche Media in any capacity. He has no ownership interest in the company and is not authorised to represent the company, its brands, or its shareholders.
On 28 May 2026, during the Monaco Residents’ Meeting, Mr. Emilio Canteli and his fiancée, Ms. Sandra Rust, were introduced in connection with a proposed acquisition of S.A.R.L. Niche Media that was under discussion at the time. Although an acquisition agreement had been signed, the transaction was never completed because the purchaser did not fulfil the contractual obligations required to complete the acquisition.
Accordingly, Mr. Emilio Canteli has no authority to represent S.A.R.L. Niche Media or any of its brands.
We have become aware of reports suggesting that Mr. Canteli may still be presenting himself as being associated with Living in Monaco or S.A.R.L. Niche Media. We therefore wish to make it unequivocally clear that any representation that he is the owner of Living in Monaco magazine, or that he is authorised to act on behalf of S.A.R.L. Niche Media, is incorrect.
