Just five minutes from Monte-Carlo, a new destination is bringing together preventive health, longevity medicine, advanced diagnostics and restorative wellness under one roof.
Located at 17 Boulevard de la République in Beausoleil, SOMA Longevity has been created as a multifunctional space dedicated to a more personalised approach to health, recovery and healthy ageing. Founded by Anna Lunhu Wardenaar, SOMA combines medical expertise with wellness and recovery experiences in an intimate, thoughtfully designed setting.

A New Kind of Longevity Destination
SOMA is built around the idea that longevity is not about a single treatment or an anti-ageing promise, but about looking at health from different perspectives and bringing them together.
The space houses a longevity clinic alongside a traditional banya, two relaxation areas - including a private outdoor courtyard - and three treatment rooms. Natural materials and an earthy colour palette create a calm atmosphere designed to offer a sense of retreat from the pace of everyday life.
At the heart of the wellness offering is the SOMA banya, bringing a traditional bathing ritual to the area around Monaco.

The Banya Experience
More than a conventional sauna, SOMA's banya experience draws on traditional rituals and incorporates guided steam sessions, venik therapy using leafy branches, hot-and-cold contrast, breathing practices and dedicated recovery periods, followed by a tea ceremony.
The result is an experience centred not only around heat and recovery, but also around ritual, slowing down and disconnecting - an increasingly relevant concept within the modern wellness landscape.

Personalised Longevity Through Diagnostics
Medical expertise is another central element of the SOMA concept.
The centre brings together an international team specialising in preventive health and longevity medicine. Patients can benefit from diagnostic protocols developed by Prof. Dr. Bernd Kleine-Gunk, while SOMA also collaborates with a leading laboratory under the scientific direction of German professor Dr. Matthias Willmann for advanced laboratory and microbiome analysis.
Depending on the individual programme, assessments can include blood biomarkers, hormonal and metabolic evaluation, microbiome analysis, cardiovascular screening, body composition and biological-age assessment.
These diagnostics provide a foundation for developing programmes around individual health priorities and longer-term goals.
A 360-Degree Approach
One of SOMA's defining features is the breadth of its offering. Rather than treating medicine, physical performance, recovery and aesthetics as separate areas, the centre brings them together within personalised programmes.
Areas addressed include weight management, hormonal optimisation, female and male longevity, menopause support, sexual wellness and libido, stress recovery, sleep, cognitive performance, nutrition and gut health, fitness and biohacking.
Longer-term programmes can combine medical follow-up with nutrition, exercise, coaching, supplementation, recovery treatments and regular biomarker monitoring.
The recovery offering extends from deep-tissue, relaxing, lymphatic-drainage and sports massage to targeted head, neck and shoulder treatments. Body therapies include magnesium and salt scrubs, honey and propolis treatments, mineral wraps and recovery balms, alongside breathwork, yoga therapy, red-light therapy, pressotherapy and contrast therapy.

Skin Health, Aesthetics and Advanced Technology
SOMA's approach to healthy ageing also extends to skin and aesthetic medicine, with facial rejuvenation, collagen-stimulating treatments, regenerative therapies, exosomes, skin-health programmes, hair restoration and body-contouring treatments available alongside its broader longevity programmes.
Technology plays an additional role in the centre's offering.
Among the technologies available is EMSCULPT NEO®, a non-invasive body-contouring technology combining electromagnetic energy and radiofrequency to stimulate muscle while addressing body fat. EMSELLA® focuses on pelvic-floor health and intimate wellbeing and is performed fully clothed while the guest sits on a specialised chair.
The centre also features EXOMIND®, a non-invasive technology using transcranial magnetic stimulation to target areas of the brain involved in emotional regulation, cognitive function and self-control.

Longevity, Reimagined
At SOMA, longevity is approached as a broader journey rather than a single procedure. Preventive health, physical performance, recovery, mental wellbeing and healthy ageing are brought together within one space, with programmes shaped around individual goals and diagnostic findings.
For those living in Monaco and looking for a more integrated approach to wellbeing, SOMA offers a new destination just across the border - combining medical expertise, personalised health programmes and restorative wellness within a setting designed to encourage both recovery and reflection.
