Urban development works until December on Avenue Princesse Grace

Following the completion of the Testimonio II project structures, the Principality is continuing the urban development of the district in order to improve the quality of life of residents and users.

From 13 October to 19 December 2025 inclusive, a new phase of works is taking place along Avenue Princesse Grace, between the Sea Club and the Monte-Carlo Bay. Further phases will follow in 2026. During this period, traffic will be reduced to a single lane in this area, with alternating flow.

As disruptions are expected, users are advised to take an alternative route via Boulevard du Larvotto during this phase.

The purpose of these developments is to make the neighbourhood more pleasant and convenient for everyday life. The works will promote soft mobility, with wider pavements and extended cycle lanes. They will also support sustainable mobility through the installation of charging stations for electric taxis and buses. The presence of greenery will be strengthened with new planted areas and a green wall.

In addition, forty-five parking spaces for two-wheelers will be relocated to the Testimonio car park to free up public space. Lastly, the widening of the carriageway will allow buses to turn around at the Sea Club, ensuring service continuity and maintaining bus stops close to users even during works further down the avenue.
