A Monaco-based attorney with more than fifteen years of experience in commodities trading, including six years within the family office environment, Tracy is redefining how the modern family office is perceived and operated.
For Tracy Wong, the future of family office advisory is not about selling products, promoting structures or adding another layer of complexity. It is about independence, discretion and ensuring that every decision serves the family itself.
A Monaco-based attorney with more than fifteen years of experience in commodities trading, including six years working within the family office environment, Tracy has spent much of her career operating where business, law, capital and family interests intersect. That experience ultimately became the foundation of Averell, the Monaco-headquartered private office counsel she created to serve ultra-high-net-worth families across Europe, the Middle East and the United States.
Averell was conceived as an alternative to the traditional advisory model. It is neither a bank nor a conventional law firm or consultancy. Instead, the firm sits alongside the family, coordinating the appropriate specialists, filtering competing advice and maintaining a singular focus on the principal’s objectives.
This independence is central to Tracy’s philosophy. In an increasingly complex wealth ecosystem, families are often surrounded by institutions, intermediaries and advisers with different commercial interests. Averell is designed to cut through that noise, protect the client’s position and bring coherence to decisions involving succession, investment, governance, restructuring and cross-border affairs.

Monaco provides a natural base for such a model. For Tracy, the Principality offers something increasingly rare: stability, security and a culture in which privacy still carries genuine meaning. Its international position also allows Averell to remain close to families whose interests span several continents and jurisdictions.
Yet her approach extends beyond structures and transactions. Tracy sees every family office first and foremost as a family. Wealth may cross borders and generations, but its long-term preservation depends on values, trust and the ability to make decisions that remain relevant far beyond the present moment.
Her definition of legacy therefore goes beyond financial inheritance. It concerns what survives the wealth creator: the principles, governance and carefully considered decisions that allow both the family and its achievements to endure.
This commitment to Monaco and its international relationships was also reflected in July 2026, when Tracy Wong became one of the generous supporters of the Annual Diplomatic Reception of Monaco in Berlin.
The occasion marked the 75th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the Principality of Monaco and the Federal Republic of Germany and brought together approximately 300 distinguished guests, including diplomats, business leaders and prominent representatives of both countries.
During the celebration, H.E. Mr Lorenzo Ravano, Ambassador of Monaco to Germany, highlighted the generous support of Mrs Tracy Wong, recognising both her contribution to this important diplomatic milestone and her role as the founder of Averell. The anniversary itself celebrated a relationship built over 75 years on friendship, dialogue and cooperation between Monaco and Germany.

For Tracy, such engagement reflects the same principles that guide her professional work: long-term relationships, personal responsibility and the importance of contributing meaningfully to the community in which one operates.
In her recent interview for the MONEGU magazine, Tracy Wong discusses the changing demands placed on modern family offices, the importance of truly independent advice and why privacy and freedom have become the most valuable forms of luxury for today’s ultra-high-net-worth families.
Her message is clear: wealth may create opportunity, but only discipline, trust and purpose can transform it into a lasting legacy.
