New Season for the New Moods

Starting October 2, the intimate, velvet-clad concert hall on Place du Casino will reopen its doors for a new season. On the program: 34 tribute bands will take the stage until March 28, 2026, paying tribute to the greatest rock legends, as well as icons of French popular music. All accompanied by a brand-new menu crafted by the Café de Paris, along with other surprises. The New Moods is also a new venue for private events right in the heart of Monte-Carlo. Good news: autumn is here, and with it comes a new season at the New Moods, running from October 2, 2025, to March 28, 2026, with an exceptional reopening during the 2026 Formula 1 Monaco Grand Prix. This year, the contemporary stage of Place du Casino will host tributes to some of the biggest names in rock music: Elton John for the opening night, Toto, Elvis Presley, Oasis, Coldplay, David Bowie, Bruce Springsteen, U2, the Beatles, Queen, and ACDC.

New this season, a nod to French music, with covers of the legendary band Téléphone, as well as France Gall and Claude Nougaro. In total, no fewer than 34 tribute bands will perform until spring.

A New Menu by the Café de Paris

This is the perfect occasion to discover—or rediscover—the greatest classics of rock music, while enjoying the new in-house finger food menu by Victor Marion, chef of the iconic Brasserie du Café de Paris Monte-Carlo. Truffled Croque-Monsieur, “Concert Crudités,” Lobster Brioche, “Moods” Madeleine wrapped in melted cheese…

Not to mention indulgent desserts, such as churros with caramel sauce. Also not to be missed: the new XXL cocktail selection, in the colors of Monaco and the New Moods. Highlights include the Big Moods, available in three Spritz variations, and the Triple Margarita, made with Olmeca Tequila, Cointreau, lime juice, and frosted salt. At the New Moods, more than ever, indulgence and a spirit of sharing dominate in the chic, cozy setting, in shades of red and gold, which so enchanted audiences last year.

Music and Festivity in the DNA of Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer

Led by Stéphane Lobono, with an artistic program designed and curated by Alfonso Ciulla, Artistic Director of the Société des Bains de Mer, the New Moods owes its revival to the Group’s Deputy Chairman, Stéphane Valeri, who had promised the people of Monaco to bring back the legendary concert hall that, from 2008 to 2011, had showcased emerging talents of the local rock & folk scene. After a successful first season in just three months of opening, the New Moods now fully takes its place in the musical and festive DNA of the Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer, whose history dates back to 1879 with the creation of the Monte-Carlo Opera.

As last year, the New Moods can be fully privatized outside of opening days, so that every occasion, big or small, can become a true celebration in the spirit of the Grand Art de Vivre à la Monte-Carlo! 

The venue also creates themed festive events. Children have a date at New Moods for Halloween, on Wednesday, October 29. On the program: magic shows, creative workshops, and sweet surprises for children aged 4 to 7, from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm, followed by the great “Halloween Party” starting at 6 pm, for older kids aged 8 to 12!
