Jondal at La Vigie: A Mediterranean Dream Between Sea and Sky
Following three triumphant summers in Ibiza, Jondal has made its dazzling debut in Monaco at La Vigie Monte-Carlo.
Perched at the tip of the Monte-Carlo Beach peninsula, overlooking endless shades of blue, Jondal offers a refined dining experience that perfectly captures the spirit of Mediterranean elegance.
A Hidden Sanctuary of Elegance
Accessible by a winding pine forest path or directly by sea via a private pontoon, Jondal at La Vigie is more than a restaurant; it is a sanctuary of serenity and sophistication. Here, between the Riviera sun and the gentle sound of the waves, guests are transported into a timeless escape of luxury, intimacy, and natural beauty.
With its chic yet relaxed atmosphere, Jondal embodies the effortless glamour of Monte-Carlo. Whether for a leisurely lunch or an enchanting dinner, every moment here feels like a treasured interlude on the Mediterranean.

Sun-Drenched Mediterranean Cuisine
Open daily for lunch (1:00–3:30 p.m.) and dinner (7:30–9:30 p.m.), Jondal serves cuisine inspired by the sea and seasonal Mediterranean produce. At lunch, light and refreshing dishes—caviar, ceviche, grilled fish—set the tone for Riviera indulgence.
As dusk falls, the setting transforms into a romantic haven, where candlelight and panoramic views create an unforgettable atmosphere.

The Living in Monaco team experienced Jondal’s celebrated tasting journey. We began with Caviar on Grilled Toast, Anchovies and Stracciatella with Caviar; a refreshing and indulgent start on a warm summer’s day. For mains, we chose two highlights: Jondal’s signature Scorpion Fish, delicately fried and paired with a tortilla-style garnish, and the perfectly prepared Lamb Chop with Garlic.

Both dishes were not only generous but exquisitely executed, reflecting Jondal’s commitment to refined Iberian flavours.
Service matched the setting—seamless, attentive, and of the highest standard, even within the refined expectations of Monte-Carlo SBM.
Arriving in Style
Adding to the allure, guests can arrive by yacht or enjoy the complimentary shuttle boat running every hour from Port Hercule to La Vigie (June 21–August 31). In just 15 minutes, Monaco’s bustling harbour life gives way to the serene beauty of the Pointe, making the journey itself part of the experience.

Jondal at La Vigie is more than just a restaurant—it is a celebration of summer on the Riviera. From the first sip to the last wave goodbye, it offers one of the most memorable dining experiences in Monaco this season.
For those seeking exclusivity, elegance, and the very essence of Mediterranean living, Jondal is a destination not to be missed.
