This prestigious accolade honors Ravin’s extraordinary culinary journey—one marked by bold innovation, technical mastery, and an unwavering commitment to authentic, responsible gastronomy. Born in Martinique, Chef Ravin continues to challenge the conventions of haute cuisine, blending Caribbean heritage with Mediterranean refinement to create a deeply personal and resonant culinary signature.

With this new recognition, Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer further cements its reputation as an international fine dining destination, now boasting an impressive 10 Michelin stars across its portfolio of restaurants.
